1. Our Policy Overview

At Aromio Perfumes, we take great pride in the quality of every product we deliver. Each order is carefully packed and quality-checked before dispatch to ensure you receive exactly what you ordered. However, we understand that sometimes things may not go as expected, which is why we have a clear and transparent Exchange Policy in place for our valued customers.

Please read this policy carefully before placing your order.


2. Exchange Policy

Aromio Perfumes offers an Exchange Only policy. We do not offer cash refunds or store credits under any circumstances.

If you have received a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, you may request an exchange within the time frame mentioned below.


3. Exchange Time Frame

All exchange requests must be made within 3 days of receiving your order.

Requests made after 3 days of delivery will not be entertained under any circumstances. No exceptions will be made to this time frame, so we strongly encourage all customers to inspect their order immediately upon receiving it.


4. Conditions for Exchange

To be eligible for an exchange, the following conditions must be met:

The product must be:

  • Unused and in its original condition
  • Unopened and in its original sealed packaging
  • Undamaged and free from any signs of use
  • Accompanied by the original receipt or order confirmation

Exchange requests will only be accepted in the following cases:

  • You received a damaged or defective product
  • You received the wrong product that was not what you ordered
  • The product was broken or leaked during delivery

Exchange requests will NOT be accepted in the following cases:

  • The product has been opened, used, or tested
  • The original packaging has been removed or damaged by the customer
  • The 3-day exchange window has passed
  • The product was purchased on sale or during a promotional offer
  • Change of mind or personal preference

5. Delivery Charges for Exchange

Please note the following regarding delivery charges for exchanges:

All delivery costs incurred during the exchange process will be the full responsibility of the customer. This includes both the cost of returning the original product to us and the cost of delivering the exchanged product back to you.

Aromio Perfumes will not cover, reimburse, or compensate any delivery charges related to the exchange process under any circumstances.


6. No Refund Policy

Aromio Perfumes does not offer cash refunds or any form of monetary refund.

This applies to all orders without exception, including but not limited to:

  • Change of mind after receiving the product
  • Disliking the fragrance after opening
  • Delay in delivery
  • Products purchased on sale or promotion
  • Partial orders

We strongly recommend that customers carefully review product descriptions, fragrance notes, and inspiration details before placing an order to ensure the chosen fragrance meets their expectations.


7. How to Request an Exchange

If you believe your order qualifies for an exchange, please follow these steps:

Step 1: Contact our customer support team within 3 days of receiving your order via WhatsApp or email.

Step 2: Provide your order number, full name, contact number, and clear photos or a video of the damaged, defective, or incorrect product.

Step 3: Our team will review your request within 24 to 48 business hours and inform you whether your exchange request has been approved or rejected.

Step 4: If approved, you will be required to ship the product back to us at your own cost. Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will dispatch your exchange order.

Step 5: The delivery charges for the exchanged product will be collected at the time of delivery as per the standard courier charges applicable at that time.


8. Exchange Processing Time

Once we receive your returned product and it passes our quality inspection, your exchange order will be processed and dispatched within 2 to 3 business days. Delivery time will depend on your location and the courier service used.


9. Damaged During Delivery

If your order arrives damaged due to mishandling during transit, please follow these steps immediately:

  • Do not open or use the product
  • Take clear photos and a video of the damaged parcel before opening
  • Contact us within 24 hours of receiving the order
  • Share the photos and video along with your order details

Failure to report delivery damage within 24 hours of receiving the order will result in the exchange request being declined.
